Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Auto Spa Burlington and Mississauga (referred to as “Auto Spa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in any of our promotions, draws, or giveaways, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Information
  1. Eligibility:
    • Only customers from Auto Spa Burlington and Mississauga are eligible to participate.
    • Participants must reside within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
    • Participants must be 18 years or older.
  2. Locations:
    • Auto Spa Burlington: 1227 Appleby Line, Burlington, ON, L7L 5H9
    • Auto Spa Mississauga: 3663 Platinum Drive, Mississauga, ON, L5M 0Y7
  3. Promotions and Draws:
    • Auto Spa frequently hosts promotions, prize giveaways, and draws, including Maple Leaf tickets.
    • Participation is automatic upon entering a promotion, draw, or giveaway.
Winner Selection and Notification
  1. Selection:
    • Winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries.
  2. Notification:
    • Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry.
    • Winners must respond to the notification email within 72 hours to claim their prize.
    • Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be drawn.
  3. Prize Collection:
    • Prizes must be claimed in person at one of our locations (Burlington or Mississauga).
Publicity and Consent
  1. Media Release:
    • Winners agree to have their names announced and photos taken for promotional purposes, including social media posts.
    • If a winner does not consent to this, they must notify us in writing prior to collecting their prize.
Privacy and Data Usage
  1. Customer Database:
    • By participating, customers consent to their information being added to our customer database.
    • Information collected will be used for marketing purposes related to Auto Spa only.
  2. Data Protection:
    • Auto Spa will not sell or share customers’ personal information with third parties.
    • Data is stored securely and used solely to improve services, notify winners, and inform customers of promotions and offers.
Liability
  1. Indemnification:
    • Auto Spa is not liable for any issues or disputes arising from the use of prizes.
  2. Prize Conditions:
    • Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless stated otherwise.
    • Auto Spa reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
  3. Promotion Adjustments:
    • Auto Spa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion, draw, or giveaway at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
  1. Jurisdiction:
    • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
