1. Event Participation & Photography Consent
By attending and/or participating in Auto Spa Mississauga’s Cars & Coffee event or any similar promotional gathering at our premises, attendees and vehicle owners acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding photography and media usage.
2. Ownership & Usage of Event Photography
Auto Spa hires professional photographers to capture images and videos of vehicles, attendees, and the overall event experience. These photos and videos are the sole property of Auto Spa and may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

- Advertising (digital and print)
- Social media and website content
- Promotional posters, banners, and signage
- Email and marketing campaigns
- Any other marketing materials deemed appropriate by Auto Spa
3. No Compensation or Ownership Rights
By participating in the event and displaying a vehicle, attendees and vehicle owners grant Auto Spa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use images of their vehicles without further notice, permission, or compensation. The presence of a vehicle in promotional materials does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by the vehicle owner.
4. No Claims for Image Removal
Auto Spa reserves the right to use any photographs taken at our events indefinitely. Vehicle owners and attendees may not request image removal from promotional materials, social media, or marketing campaigns after the fact.
5. Media Release Waiver
Participation in Cars & Coffee or similar events constitutes a full waiver of any claims regarding image rights, privacy, or compensation for the use of photographs or videos taken during the event.
6. Terms Subject to Change
Auto Spa reserves the right to update this disclaimer at any time. Continued participation in future events will be considered acceptance of any revised terms.
